Kathy Black

�Originally from a coastal village in Northumberland I now live in Hertfordshire with my lovely Hubby of 14 years - he's a seasider too and we both really miss being by the sea - so we like to escape to the seaside whenever we get the chance. We have no kids so are able to indulge our love of travel, though the travel-lust is taking a back seat while we spend our time and money on an old house that needs a bit of tlc.
I've done some sort of crafting for as long as I can remember, to start with it was designing and sewing clothes for my dolls, and I went on to study dressmaking and design to "A" Level. Though I've dabbled in all sorts of crafts since over the years none (apart form sewing) has quite taken over my life as much as cardmaking and papercrafts in general. I'm not sure how it happened, but I have more stash than I could ever use, and it's still not enough! Never enough! I love working with paper and I get a real buzz whenever anyone says they like what I do.�
